  • How can I start using SportNinja?
    • If you’re a League Owner or Administrator - you can create an Org Account from our website and instantly test and score games with your own personal sandbox/demo league. Contact onboarding@sportninja.com with any questions. We provide complete onboarding support at no cost.

  • How user-friendly is the software for administrators, coaches, and players?
    • It is extremely easy and intuitive to use for Admins and Participants. 
    • The platform is Roles and Permissions-based, so you can give as much or little access as you choose to: staff, officials and team reps.
    • All core features are available on both the web and mobile app.
      • The Mobile app provides the best experience for Players and Teams.
      • The Web platform is ideal for Admins when initially setting up Organizations and Competitions. Scoring then takes place on Mobile.
  • Can the platform scale to accommodate leagues of different sizes and types?
    • Absolutely. The SportNinja platform is extremely powerful and equally flexible and easy to use for all league sizes.
    • Small leagues with as few as 4-6 Teams can get fully set up to score in less than an hour!
    • Our largest organizations have 60,000 - 80,000+ participants across many sports, in facilities and complexes throughout the country. We can support larger organizations with our integrations and any custom requirements, as needed.
  • How much does it cost? What is the pricing structure? Are there any hidden costs?
    • SportNinja charges a basic monthly subscription fee. 
      • The subscription is $50 per month for “Pro” and $100 per month for “Ultimate” - for under 500 unique, active participants.

    • You can pause your subscription at any time and retain all users and view-access to your data.
    • There are no other hidden fees!
  • Is the software mobile-friendly?
    • It’s the leading mobile scoring app! The app is available on any mobile device on iOS and Android.
    • No other platform can deliver scoring with full statistics, integrated suspensions, waivers and game sheets from any mobile device.
  • Is Registration / Payments available on Mobile?
    • Yes - absolutely. Registrants can pay on mobile or web with any major Credit Card, as well as Apple and Google pay. 
  • How does the software facilitate communication within the league?
    • We provide many outstanding tools for communicating and engaging with your entire organization. 
      • Announcements: can be delivered directly to everyone’s Home screen on web and mobile (or targeted to specific Competitions and Groups)
      • Team Chat: allows for direct messaging in real-time within teams.
      • Push Notifications, Updates and Reminders: are automated for each user's Game Attendance, Schedule and Score updates.
      • You can also easily manage communications via email, phone, etc.
  • What kind of Support and Training do you offer?
    • Our Support is second to none.We can be reached using multiple channels (web-chat, email, Zendesk support site) and frequently respond within minutes.
    • We also provide a library of online Support Resources: Articles, Training Materials, How-to’s and Videos.
    • Onboarding and Training is fully included with our standard process. 
      • Many smaller leagues can subscribe and configure everything themselves.
      • Our onboarding team will meet as often as you need to ensure you are completely comfortable.
      • We will provide virtual Training to your team as needed, upon request.
  • Can the software integrate with other tools and systems?

    • Yes they can. Though the system has been designed for League Admins and Official scorekeeping to manage schedules and scores, any team or club could adopt the platform independently and track these themselves.

  • Can you handle Multiple Sports?
    • Yes!  Our entire platform of key features is available with any sport you choose:
      • You can score Hockey, Soccer, Field Hockey, Lacrosse and Floorball with full stats on any mobile device.
      • You can score every other sport with basic stats (include score, points, games played, win/loss/ties, etc) on any mobile device.
